Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation of company BONATRANS GROUP a.s. in the years 2008–2013. The main objective is to evaluate financial situation of the company by methods of financial analysis, which are decribed in the theorethical part of this thesis. In the application part of this thesis is accomplished an analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss account, an analysis of profitability and a pyramidal decomposition with deviation analysis. Then there are used some solvency and bankruptcy models and in conclusion there is an analysis of the processing industry.
