Abstract
The subject of the submitted bachelor's thesis is the assessment of employees learning and development system in a selected organization. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part contains the theoretical basis of education and development of employees in organizations, which is mainly intellectual capital, the development of human resources management and also the cycle of corporate education. The practical part briefly characterizes the selected organization and the subject of business. The aim of the work is to assess the current system of education and development in the selected organization and propose appropriate recommendations for its improvement, based on the analysis of data obtained through a questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews with employees and data provided by the company. The thesis emphasizes the importance of a strategic approach to the development of human capital, which can strengthen the organization in the long term.
