Abstract

My bachelor thesis deals with the recovery of debts through execution. The theoretical part consists of the first and second chapters and describes the basis concepts of recovery, where I describe above-amicably recovery. Further more, the theoretical part deals with execution process and the person in private bailiff and identifies the basic terms of this field. The third chapter represents the practical part and focuses on the private activities of bailiffs and their issues. This chapter also contains statistical chartes of executions and their reasons. The aim of this work is definition of the execution proceedings, characteristics of private bailiffs and problems of their activities.
