Financování sociálních služeb z rozpočtu města

Abstract

Bachelor thesis explains the system of social services in the Czech Republic. It deals with the theoretical definition of social services, providers of these services, the scope of public services and financing of social services. It also analyzes the system of providing these services in Opava and Frydek-Mistek for three areas - contributory organizations of cities, subsidies in the form of grants system and spending on pensioners. This work also deals with the financing of social services from the town budgets and compared the observed data. After comparing these cities concludes that Frydek-Mistek is 3.5 times more per capita expenditure on social services than Opava.
