Možnosti obnovy města Lomu narušeného těžbou uhlí

Abstract

V předložené práci je popsáno město Lom, jako město postižené důlní činností a jeho možnosti obnovy. V první části jsou uvedeny aspekty, které město přímo charakterizují. V další části jsou vysvětleny finanční možnosti obnovy, které město v současné době využívá. Je zde začleněna možnost zvýšení příjmů města na základě financí z Fondu ekologických škod a jejich dalšího využití. V další části práce je zpracován návod jak čerpat dotace z Evropské unie, které jsou další možnou alternativou zvýšení příjmů města. Na závěr je uvedeno doporučení budoucích kroků města a jeho zastupitelů.

In this thesis, I have described the town of Lom as a town affected by mining and the possibilities of reclamation. The first part describes the characteristic aspects of the town. In the next part I have explained the financial possibilities for reclamation which the town is already using. It includes the possibility of increasing the town’s income based on financial support from the Fund for Ecological Damage and the way it is utilised. In the next part I have included a manual on how to claim grants from The European Union which is an alternative possibility of increasing the town´s income. In the final part, I have given my recommendation on what future steps the town and its council should take.
