Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to develop the multifunctional building design in Ostrava – Poruba, Zánovní Street. Further to determine the expected price of the building and construction time schedule. Part of the thesis is also organizational principles of construction solving and technological progress implementation of ventilated facades. Above mentioned object is located in the construction site of new residential buildings. It is a three-storey house with basement, ventilated facade and flat roof. The supporting structure of the building, including ceilings, forms a Porotherm system. The aboveground part of the building consists of seven residential units and the café. The first floor flat is completely solved as a barrier-free apartment. Garage with transversely sliding Krenotech parking areas is located in the basement. There is also a cellar for tenant´s and cafe´s storage space.
