Tvorba a využití informačního modelu budovy "I" Stavební fakulty VŠB-TUO

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření informačního modelu budovy "I" Stavební fakulty Vysoké školy báňské – Technické univerzity Ostrava, který se následně využije softwarem určeným pro facility management. První část této práce obsahuje popis BIM neboli informačního modelu budovy, popis současné situace ve stavebním průmyslu z různých hledisek a seznámení se situací BIM v Česku a Evropě. Další kapitoly se věnují problematice facility managementu a s ním spojené využití BIM a CAFM systémů. Poslední část se zabývá využitím informačního modelu softwarem pit-FM, popisem funkcí tohoto softwaru a tvorbou reportů. Reporty budou společně s informačním modelem budovy výsledkem této práce. Rozsah bakalářské práce se rovná 61 stranám.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of an information model of building "I" of the Faculty of Civil Engineering – Technical University of Ostrava, which is subsequently used with software for facility management. The first part of this thesis contains a description of BIM or building information modeling, description of the current situation in the building industry from various points of view and familiarization with the situation of BIM in the Czech Republic and Europe. Other chapters elaborate with facility management issues and associated use of BIM and CAFM systems. The last part is focused on the use of the information model by pit-FM software, a description of the functions of this software and the creation of reports. The reports together with building information model will be the reset of this thesis. The range of the bachelor thesis equals 61 pages.
