Role příspěvkové organizace v oblasti sociálních služeb

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat význam a poslání příspěvkových organizací v oblasti sociálních služeb. Zákon o sociálních službách upravuje v oblasti poskytování sociálních služeb práva a povinnosti nejen uživatelů a poskytovatelů těchto služeb, ale i práva a povinnosti orgánů veřejné správy. Úvodní teoretická část diplomové práce zahrnuje definice základních pojmů a oblastí, které se týkají vybraného tématu. V další části je popsáno prostředí a vysvětleny všechny souvislosti, do kterých je zasazena. Součástí celkové analýzy je také zjistit, v kterých oblastech nejsou některé služby poskytovány, a proto je suplují jiné, často velmi drahé služby, které klient v takovém rozsahu ani nepotřebuje.

The thesis aims to characterize the importance of the mission and governmental organizations in social services. The Social Services Act regulates the provision of social services, rights and obligations of both users and providers of these services, but also the rights and obligations of public authorities. Preliminary theoretical part of the thesis includes definitions of basic concepts and areas related to the selected topic. The next section describes the environment and explained all the respect in which it is planted. The overall analysis also identify which areas are some of the services provided, and therefore substitutes for other, often very expensive services to a client in that range or needs.
