Analýza účinnosti interních auditů systému managementu kvality u výrobce armatur

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to assess the effectiveness of quality management system internal audits at a producer of valves and to propose potential improvements. The first part of the thesis focuses on theory about quality management systems and audits. This part describes an overall concept of quality management system and integrated management system. This chapter also describes auditing in general, history of internal audits, explains different types of audits, auditing procedures and characterizes knowledge and skills an auditor should possess. The second part analyses how the quality management system internal audits at the producer of valves are being performed. Proposals for improvement based on the analysis are presented in the final part of the thesis.
