Abstract
This diploma thesis focuses on the design of managers´training and development system in a selected organization. The goal of the thesis is to propose an effective and targeted system that supports professional growth and enhances their competencies, thereby increasing the long-term success of managers at Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. The thesis consists of a theoretical part that provides a professional theoretical foundation for the given topic. In the practical part, based on the findings, a new comprehensive and flexible education and development system for line managers in the organization is proposed, which includes both traditional and innovative educational methods. The system is based on strategic planning of educational and development activities, taking into account the individual needs of managers (dividing participants into three groups) and emphasizes practical and effective teaching methods. Special emphasis has been placed on the development of soft managerial skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving, which are crucial for managers in the company. The proposed education and development system for managers, which is the outcome of this thesis, can serve as inspiration and an example for other organizations interested in the effective development of their managerial teams.
