Právní a ekonomické aspekty realitní činnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with legal and economic aspects of real-estate activity. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the activity of broker and to find out awareness of people in this field. In theoretical part of the thesis, there is fundamental legislation being applied in this field and consequences of their violation as well as economic aspects influencing directly brokers ́ activities. In the practical part, brokers ́ activities and interviews with them are analyzed as well as the questionnaire, the aim of which was to find out awareness about this area, is evaluated. In conclusion, there are interviews with brokers and questionnaire summarized and assessed.
