Organizace a ekonomika krajských soudů

Abstract

This baccalaureate work deals with the organization and economics of regional courts in the Czech Republic. In the beginning there is described a position of courts in system of state institutions, types of justice and judicial system.

Principal aim of this work is to describe a creation of the judicial system, which is formed by creating a separate county courts in all Regions. I also describe the reform that goes through Czech judiciary.

Theoretical knowledge is applied to the functioning of the economy of the Regional Court in Ostrava. Here is clearly presented the territorial scope of the Regional Court in Ostrava and the office in Olomouc. There is shown an economic management of regional court in Ostrava in years 2009 and 2010.
