Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with topic of creating electronic atlases. The aim is completely publication of Socioeconomic atlas of Ostrava using technology ArcGIS server and update some selected maps.
The theoretical part describes socioeconomics aspects of atlas and modern technology, which have been used. The proposed atlas uses the dynamics and advices of electronic atlases.
