Abstract

Theme of my Bacherol thesis is Real property market in selected city. My goal of my Bacherol thesis is comparation of flat´s prices in chosen destinations of town Ostrava. Flats were compared by disposition and type of flat in three selected destination of town Ostrava. Whole market was evaluated by a score of advertising, which is divided by type of flats for brick and prefabricated house and by property and average size of flat. Goal was achieved and destination was compared.
