Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním oddílu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focus is on the evaluation of the level of teamwork in a selected sports club. Teamwork is a key success factor in sport and can be influenced by many factors including communication, the role of individual team members, mutual trust, and a common goal. In the theoretical section we will discuss most of these factors. This theoretical part of the thesis also partially takes up the issue of teamwork from a social psychology perspective. We will also look at the differences between a group and a team and their definitions. In the practical part of the thesis, we then use various methods of data collection, including survey and observation. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current level of teamwork in a selected sports club and to suggest ways in which this teamwork can be further improved within the club.
