Abstract
Entrpreneurship has a long history. The possibility to run your own business is a corner stone in all democratic, developed countries. It gives entrepreneurs freedom, as they only depend on themselves. Natural persons’ entrepreneurship is the most common form of doing business in the CR. It is simple, cheap and safest. Limited liability companies also have their advantages. It is the most common form of business companies. All entrepreneurs are thus interested in their tax liability and optimization possibilities of income tax.
