Abstract
The bachelor thesis analyzes the effectiveness of an investment project, which brings a conversion in a revitalized industrial area. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the Dolní oblast VÍTKOVICE, z.s. In the practical part it evaluates the effectiveness by individual methods and then compares them with the competition. The conclusion of the thesis includes the overall summary of achieved results.
