Tvorba a využití informačního modelu budovy zkušeben Stavební fakulty VŠB-TUO

Abstract

Hlavní téma bakalářské práce je informační modelování budov. V úvodní části je popsáno, co to je informační model a jak vzniká. Zmíněny jsou možné způsoby jeho využití v různých etapách výstavby a ve fázi užívání objektu. Teoretická část této práce vysvětluje pojmy a definice, které s informačním modelováním souvisí. Uvedeny jsou aktuální legislativní rámce a metodika, která se dotýká informačních modelů staveb. Praktická část se dále věnuje samotnému vytváření informačního modelu budovy Výzkumného a inovačního centra Moravskoslezského dřevařského klastru, která se nachází v areálu Fakulty stavební VŠB – TU v Ostravě. Model bude obsahovat nosné i nenosné stavební konstrukce, napojení objektu na sítě technické infrastruktury, vnitřní rozvody TZB a zařízení objektu. Jelikož se jedná o objekt, který už je v provozu, model bude sloužit při správě objektu nebo jako podklad pro inventarizaci a pasportizaci po zbytek životního cyklu budovy.

Main subject of the bachelor thesis is Building Information Modelling. It is described in the beginnig what the Information Model is and how it is emerging. There are mentioned different ways of use in all phases of construction and using of building. Theoretical part of this thesis explain terms and definitions related with Information Modelling. There are stated actual legislative scopes, changes and methodology related to Building Information Modelling. Practical part of thesis is focused on creation Information Model of Laboratory building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering VŠB – TUO. Model will content building structures, technical infrastructure connections, internal distributions and equipment of the building. Because the building is already in operation, model can be used for facility management and as a foundation for inventorying and passportization for the rest of its life cycle.
