Abstract

This thesis describes the area of interest on the premises Valcha in Plzeň, which is operated by AZS 98, s.r.o. Furthermore, geology, hydrogeological surroundings in this area and the current state of the gravel quarry. Followed by the evaluation of existing technologies of gravel and suggestions for changes. The first drawing presents an adjusting of the current technology with an emphasis on maximizing the use of existing equipment, the second one describes completely new gravel treatment. In the two variants is also covered the treatment and the usage of wastewater in the context of water management. Furthermore, the chapter on funding opportunities new technology solves the general types of funding, but also concrete proposals of financial products, including the calculation of payback period of selected investment options. In conclusion, the evaluation of the performance of its objectives and the selection of the best variant changes in technology.
