Abstract
The subject of the submitted thesis is to clarify basic concepts of economic competition and unfair competition and analyze remedies for protection against unfair competition. The further goal is to evaluate those means and suggest the options of this issue amendment.
The first part focuses on antitrust policy, defining economic and unfair competition. The second part focuses on unfair competition and definition of legal means of protection.
The final part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of particular cases and the possibility of further modification of this topic.
