Analýza vzdělávání a motivace pracovníků ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat dosavadní stav vybrané společnosti v oblasti vzdělávání a motivace, a následně podat návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu vybrané společnosti. Vybranou společností je ITT Holdings Czech republic s.r.o. Diplomová práce se skládá z šesti kapitol, přičemž první obsahuje úvod a šestá kapitola závěr. Druhá kapitola diplomové práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům. Ve třetí kapitole je popsána charakteristika podniku. Čtvrtá kapitola se týká analýzy vybraných aspektů systému motivace a vzdělávání. V páté kapitole jsou obsaženy návrhy a doporučení vyplývající z provedené analýzy systému motivace a vzdělávání se zaměřením na informovanost, spokojenost systému, náplň práce, vztahy s nadřízenými a zpětnou vazbou.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current status of the selected companies in the field of education and motivation, and then make proposals and recommendations to improve the current state of the selected company. The selected company is ITT Holdings Czech Republic s. r. o. The thesis consists of six chapters, the first contains an introduction and conclusion sixth chapter. The second chapter of the thesis is devoted to a theoretical basis. In the third chapter describes the characteristics of the enterprise. The fourth chapter concerns the analysis of selected aspects of motivation and education. In the fifth chapter provides suggestions and recommendations resulting from the analysis of motivation and education with a focus on awareness, satisfaction system, quality of work, relationships with superiors and feedback.
