Abstract
The aim of my thesis is to focus on the Customer Satisfaction Measurement with Retailer Chain. For research, I have chosen Globus hypermarket Olomouc. The aim was to assess how customers are satisfied with its products and provided services. I have chosen marketing research, in which respondents answered questions on the subject as the way to gain relevant data. Following the evaluation of research, I suggested some improvements and recommendations that I consider it beneficial and justified, to improve customer satisfaction with the company. Recommendations are primarily focused on the promotion website, to improve the orientation of the store and also to widen the range of selected products.
