Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Analýza řízení zásob a nákupu ve firmě UNIS COOL, s.r.o.“ se zabývá analýzou řízení zásob a nákupu v konkrétním podniku. Cílem je navrhnout možnosti řešení zjištěných nedostatků a problémů. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a funkce. Následuje podrobný náhled do oblasti řízení zásob a nákupu. V praktické části je provedena analýza řízení zásob a nákupu ve firmě UNIS COOL, s.r.o. a konkretizována doporučení, která povedou ke snížení nákladů a podnik v jeho snaze o upevňování pozice na trhu podpoří.

The bachelor work titled „Analysis of Inventory Management and Purchase in the Company UNIS COOL, s.r.o.“ is concerned with analysis of inventory management and purchase in the concrete company. The aim is to propose possibilities of identified problems and deficiencies solving. In the theoretical part the basic concepts and functions are determined there followed by a detailed view into inventory and purchase management area. In the practical part there is analysis of inventory management and purchase in the company UNIS COOL, Ltd. Recommendations, that will lead to cost reduction and that will give support to company in its effort to strengthen market position are specified there.
