Abstract

Bachelor work with title “Selection, Recruitment and Adaptation of Employees” is organized in two parts. Theoretically and methodologically part is concentrated to description of the problem using book publications and it describe practice and techniques of sociological research. In the practical part of the work is described an organization, application of sociological research with help of a questional paper and its interpretation. The last section contains proposed recommendations based on the answers from questional paper. Between basically recommendations are included: meetings, information pack, box for suggestions and the SPIN method using.
