Abstract

This bachelor thesis will deal with the matter of capture and process of data in the Building Information modelling (Building Information Modelling, BIM) and conversion on CAFM system for property administration and building operation.An Information Model will be created and then used to energetic analyse the state of the object’s space before and after reconstruction.Will describe the present status of practice in the Czech Republic and in foreign countries and evaluation of failures in implementation, transfer and system operation. Information model followed by the application of BIM will be drafted on selected object in area of VSB-TUO.
