Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the contracts connected with housing acquisition and selection of recommended regulations, which should help the client to prevent a conclusion of disadvantageous contract. The partial aim deals with housing financing focused on mortgages and building savings. The theoretical part describes the part of the housing market and individual contracts are analyzed by the current legal regulations and regulations becoming effective in 2014. In the practical part, the current offer of selected mortgage banks and building societies is analyzed; it is followed by model examples and the most suitable mortgage for a potential client is recommended. This diploma thesis could serve as the recommendation for all, who considers acquisition of own house or flat.
