Srovnání potenciálů obnovy rekreačních objektů v Bílé

Abstract

POCHYLÁ, Terezie. Comparison of the restoration potentials of recreational objects in Bílá. Ostrava, 2023. Diploma thesis. University of Mining and Technology - Technical University of Ostrava, Department of Urban Engineering. Supervisor Ing. Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of potential holiday cottages on Bílá. Both buildings are located in the territory of the village of Bílá. One object is in the center of the village and the other in the settlement of Javořina. The state of the objects is described. In order to propose a possible regeneration, a questionnaire was created to find out the public opinion of the professional and lay schema_dspacedb. For the evaluation of objects, an assessment will be made according to the spatial plan, according to the location in the PLA, according to the possibility of connection to utility networks and according to the possibility of transport connection. A swot analysis is created for the right decision. The economic aspects of the objects are also evaluated. In the end, it is determined which object is more suitable for regeneration.
