Výskyt vybraných toxických kovů v půdě a zelené hmotě na odvalu Ema

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of the possible occurrence of toxic metals on the thermally active Ema mine, located on the territory of the Ostrava region. Selected monitored toxic metals will be examined for their accumulation in soil as well as green matter. Metals will be characterized in terms of their harmfulness in the environment. In the theoretical part, Ema will be described in terms of natural conditions, but also monitored toxic metals covered by the diploma thesis. This is specifically arsenic, cadmium, lead and vanadium. Practical part is focused not only on individual methodologies, which were used for taking and processing of samples of green matter and soil but also for determination of selected metals and evaluation and discussion of obtained results.
