Posouzení rizik BOZP v sektoru sociálních služeb

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením rizik BOZP v sociálních službách, a to na profesi pečovatelka. V první části je představena právní legislativa, zaměřená na profesi pečovatelka. V dalších částech je uvedeno posouzení rizik v BOZP, popsána sociální služba a představena společnost PONTIS Šumperk o.p.s. a její pečovatelská služba. V další části práce je popsán současný stav BOZP v pečovatelské službě společnosti. Na pracovišti pečovatelek jsou rizika identifikována, analyzována a vyhodnocena. Následně jsou rizika ošetřena a je proveden návrh opatření k zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví pečovatelek. V poslední části je uvedena karta BOZP.

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of occupational health and safety (OHS) risks in social services, focusing on the profession of caregiver. The first part introduces the legal legislation related to the caregiver profession. The following sections provide an assessment of OHS risks, describe social services, and introduce the PONTIS Šumperk o.p.s. company and its caregiving service. The next part of the thesis describes the current state of OHS in the company's caregiving service. Risks in the caregiver workplace are identified, analyzed, and evaluated. Subsequently, the risks are managed, and proposals for measures to ensure the safety and health protection of caregivers are made. The final section presents the OHS card.
