Zhodnocení financování a bezpečnosti silniční dopravy České republiky v kontextu vybraných zemí Evropské unie

Abstract

Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na financování a bezpečnost v silniční dopravě v České republice v komparaci s vybranými krajinami Evropské unie. V rámci financování je práce zaměřena na investice do silniční infrastruktury, které jsou následně přepočteny na obyvatele a kilometr dálnic. U bezpečnosti, která je zde chápána jako počet usmrcených osob je tomu obdobně. K dosažení hlavního cíle byla použita metoda komparace, horizontální a vertikální analýza, box plot, výsečové grafy, sloupcové grafy a metoda WSA (metoda váženého součtu). Na základě vyhodnocení výsledků analýzy bylo Lucembursko vyhodnoceno jako nejlepší země, jak z pohledu financování, tak z pohledu bezpečnosti. Naopak jako země s nejhoršími výsledky této analýzy byla Itálie, která se v hodnocení umístila na posledním, tedy 14. místě. Česká republika se po vyhodnocení umístila na 8. místě z celkové počtu 14 sledovaných zemí.

The final work is focused on financing and safety in road transport in the Czech Republic in comparison with selected countries of the European Union. Within the financing, the work is focused on investments in road infrastructure, which are then converted per capita and kilometer of motorways. The same is true of safety, which is understood here as the number of deaths. To achieve the main goal, the method of comparison, horizontal and vertical analysis, box plot, pie charts, bar graphs and the method of WSA (weighted sum method) were used. Based on the evaluation of the results of the analysis, Luxembourg was evaluated as the best country, both in terms of funding and security. On the contrary, as the country with the worst results of this analysis was Italy, which ranked last, ie 14th. After evaluation, the Czech Republic ranked 8th out of a total of 14 monitored countries.
