Měření pevnostních vlastností hybridního spoje

Abstract

This master's thesis is focused on measurement of the strength properties of a hybrid links created by the combination of bonding and riveting. Before bonding, surface properties are documented by using contactless scanner Recognoil. The wettability is also measured. For bonding, the two-component adhesive 3M Scotch - Weld 7260 B/A is used and for riveting, rivets Titgemeyer D3,2 are used. Single-lap bonded joints and hybrid joints with different number and configuration of rivets are created. These joints are shear tested. Peel adhesion test is also done. After tests, the strenght of joints is evaluated.
