Abstract

This bachelor's work is focuse on measurement of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a. s. bank's customer satisfaction concretely in branch, which is situated in Havirov. The work have a two parts, first is the theoritical one and the second one is practice. In theoretic part is describe characteristic this one bank and way out of measurement satisfaction. In the practical part I'm foloowing up research and analysis of fixed research. This research was going on by questionnaire form. Interviewing has been done at the branch in Havirov. The results of this study can be used to increase customer satisfaction with bank.
