Transparentnost obecně prospěšných společností a ústavů v České republice

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na transparentnost nestátních neziskových organizací. Jedná se o analýzu informací zveřejněných na internetových stránkách vybraného vzorku obecně prospěšných společností a ústavů. Dále je v této práci popsána právní úprava pro nestátní neziskové organizace. Také jsou zde analyzovány informace, které zveřejňují obecně prospěšné společnosti a ústavy do sbírky listin za roky 2014 a 2015. Výsledky obou analýz jsou součástí této práce a jsou doplněny o slovní komentář. V závěru této práce jsou uvedeny zjištěné výsledky a případné návrhy na zlepšení.

This thesis is focused on transparency of the non-profit organizations. One part is analyzing information published on the website of the selected sample of Public Benefit Companies and institutes. Furthermore, this work describes the legislation for non-profit organizations. Also, there are analyzed the information published by Public Benefit Companies and institutes in the collection of documents for 2014 and 2015. The results of both analysis are part of this thesis with verbal commentary. In the end of this thesis there are presented the results and suggestions for improvement.
