Požárně technické charakteristiky materiálů tepelně exponovaných oděvů

Abstract

Práce se zabývá textilními materiály používanými k výrobě teplotně odolných oděvů a jejich požárně technickými charakteristikami. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část; v teoretické části jsou uvedeny požadavky na vlastnosti textilií používaných k výrobě teplotně odolných oděvů, na klasifikaci tepelně odolných textilních vláken a na oblasti jejich využití a principy zušlechťování těchto vláken a textilií. Praktická část se věnuje stanovení požárně technických charakteristik třemi metodami, a dále diskuzi výsledků měření. V závěru práce se vyhodnocují výsledky měření vybraných požárně technických charakteristik tepelně odolných textilií a je doporučena inovace daných metod měření.

The thesis is about textile materials that are used in production of thermal resistant clothing and their fire technical features. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on requirements on characteristics of fabrics used in thermal resistant clothing and on thermal resistant textile fibers classification. Furthermore, it concentrates on thermal resistant fiber and fabric usage and on methods of fiber and fabric upgrading. Practical part determines fire technical characteristic according to free methods of laboratory measurements, and discusses the results. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the results of the laboratory measurements and gives recommendations for innovation of selected measurement methods.
