Právní formy podnikání vybraných firem v oblasti těžebního průmyslu

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou právní formy podnikání vybraných firem v oblasti těžebního průmyslu. Pro náhled do problematiky jsou v první části práce obecně vymezeny klíčové pojmy související s podnikáním v této oblasti. Zabývám se mj. definicí podnikání, specifikací právních norem obvyklých pro tento podnikatelský obor a těžebního průmyslu. V praktické části práce se orientuji na tři konkrétní společnosti v regionu západních Čech, které jsem zkoumala nejen v historickém kontextu, ale i v současném vývoji s důrazem na zvolenou právní formu podnikání. V rámci terénního průzkumu a osobního kontaktu se zástupci právních oddělení těchto tří společností sumarizuji důvody pro zvolenou právní formu podnikání a společně s tím navrhuji doporučení na nejvhodnější právní formu pro potencionální podnikatele.

Business Legal Forms of Selected Companies in Mining Industry is the theme of this bachelor work. To get an insight into the research area I define the key terms in its first part. Among the others I deal with the definitions of the entrepreneurship, the specification of rules of law that are common in Mining Industry. In the practical part of the work I focus on three particular companies that are located in the region of the West Bohemia. I conducted a research not only from the historical, but also from the contemporary progress point of view with the emphasis on the selected business legal form. Within the field study and personal contact with the legal department representatives of the chosen companies I summarize the reasons for the selected business rules of law. Together with the findings I recommend suggestions for the optimal legal form for the potential entrepreneurs.
