Organizační a technické zabezpečení evakuace obyvatelstva při bleskových povodních

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení evakuace při bleskových povodních. Úvod práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení řešené problematiky. Následně jsou provedeny tři analýzy a to analýza rizikových faktorů bleskových povodní, analýza stávajících opatření k zabezpečení evakuace a analýza možností integrovaného záchranného systému. Na základě těchto analýz byl vypracován návrh protipovodňových opatření a organizačních a technických opatření k zabezpečení evakuace.

This thesis deals with the issue of security of the evacuation when the flash floods. Introduction of work contains a theoretical definition of the entire issue. Subsequently conducted three analyses and analysis of the risk factors of flash floods, analysis of existing measures to secure the evacuation and the analysis of possibilities of the integrated rescue system. On the basis of these analyses has been drafted to take flood prevention measures and the organisational and technical measures to secure the evacuation.
