Současné problémy managementu hokejového klubu

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is focused on current problems of the hockey club HC Brumov-Bylnice. A Theoretical part deals with demarcation of basic management terms. It also describes history of ice hockey and exploratory methods, which were used in a practical part. An introductory segment of the practical part contains history of the club, its basic profile and organizational structure. The practical part also contains an analysis of the ice hockey club HC Brumov- Bylnice. The Analysis of club management had been conducted through interview and questionnaire and on the base of these two exploratory methods was created a SWOT analysis.
