Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities of detection of B-agents, analysis of detection methods. The first part introduces the history of the use of B-agents such as martial weapons, with the classification of B-agents, their brief microbiological characteristics and possibilities of detection of the group Dirty Dozen. The greater part of the thesis deals with the detection and identification of B-gens, says sorting screening processes from different perspectives. Analyzes the different ways of detection by the methods used. The concluding part describes the principles for deploying screening technology in the Czech Republic.
