Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of a selected company during the period from 2019 to 2023. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The theoretical part presents the methodology of financial analysis, followed by a detailed examination of financial statements and a description of the methods used to calculate financial ratios and comprehensive models designed to assess the company’s financial health. The practical part introduces the analyzed company, after which financial analysis calculations are carried out and their results interpreted. In the conclusion, the key findings concerning the company’s financial condition are summarized and evaluated. Based on the conducted financial analysis, the company can be considered financially stable, with its economic situation gradually improving. Since 2020, profitability has been increasing, supported by high return indicators and favorable developments across all profit categories. However, persistent weaknesses remain in the form of high indebtedness and low liquidity.
