Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to create a draft of the most fitting development of the area in Polanka nad Odrou. The area is situated southwest of the city center and is directly accessible from the K Vydralinám street. The study has been written up with the purpose of an urban-economic analysis and the most suitable spacial distribution of the building sites for habitation and services. The proposal is realized through the analysis of possible uses of the area. Furthemore, a territorial concept is compiled in a more detailed variant. It contain blueprints of the transport and technical infrastructure and subsequent visualization of the selected area.
