Zhodnocení stavu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě VINIUM a.s.

Abstract

The main topic of thesis is analysis and evaluation of employee satisfaction state in the VINIUM a.s. firm, which is concerned with production and sale of wine in Czech Republic and Slovakia. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are summarized issues relativ to the topic of thesis and i tis made in the basis of study of scientific publications. The practical part includes informatik about the company Vinium a.s., its history, characteristic, phylosophy, mission and vision. The practical part consists mainly of analysis surfy, which was presented to employees of the firm. Result is evaluation of employee satisfaction state in the firm and recommendation, which will improve the situation.
