Abstract
This bachelor thesis discusses how can be developed and which metod can be used to physical fitness with regard to firefighter safety. The first part deals with the conditions for admission to the HZS, it also describes the firefighter's regime and examples of physically hards activities during their job. The next part deals with the development of strength and stamina skills and specific methods leading to the development of physical fitness. This section also describes methods leading to the development of the body's energy systems that improve stamina skills. This work also presents metods whitch helps to develop of aerobic and anaerobic systems and all physical fitness of the firefighter. The following section describes the individual macronutrients, the recommended intake of macronutrients focuse on the individual firefighter's goals, and also their right timming. This chapter also discusses the importance of periodizing macronutrients in the context with the strength and stamina training to support physical performance and recovery.
The practical part is divided into two chapters. The first text discusses the right process for make an individual nutrition plan, especially in the first step is how to make this plan, then its about individual goals of firefighters, and then is discribe tipes of food that support a firefighter's physical performance. The following part is focused on the issue of overweight and obesity of firefighters and there is presented a specific example focused on loosing weignt and reduction bodyfat based on BMI method. The second part deals with the basics of making a training program, which is the most important for the rules of strength training and which improves physical performance. In the attachments (see separating document) is present specific nutrition and training program to increase physical performance.
