Hodnocení robustnosti prvků elektroenergetické kritické infrastruktury

Abstract

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the robustness of the elements of the electricity critical infrastructure. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the critical infrastructure system in Europe and the Czech Republic with a focus on the Czech electricity system. The analytical part of the thesis includes analysis of approaches and methods for evaluation of critical infrastructure resilience and analysis of factors determining the robustness of elements. The main part of the thesis is a proposal of the procedure of evaluation of the robustness of elements of the electricity critical infrastructure. This proposal presents a framework, procedure and criteria for assessing robustness. At the end of the thesis, a case study demonstrating how to use the proposed procedure is presented.
