Návrh technologie pro zlepšování separace částic brusného kalu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the problem of abrasive sludge, which are created in the process of production of car components into automatic transmissions in the Feintool System Parts Most s.r.o. corporation. Goal of this thesis is to propose a technology for improving the separation of particles of abrasive sludge. The theory part is made on the basis of professional literature and is describing the state, which is enriched by the description of the whole creation process, during which the abrasive sludge appears. Technologies for the separation of abrasive sludge, which are used in other companies, are also introduced. Improvement of the technology for the separation of the abrasive sludge for the analyzed company is introduced in the proposal part.
