Abstract

The subject of this Master´s thesis is to develop a business plan for establishment of a selected firm that will deal with providing surgical ambulatory care. The theoretical part explains a basic concepts of creating a business plan and a business itself. The next part is focused on the application of these knowledges into practise. The business plan is the main tool for assessing the viability and feasibility of the project. Finally, the principal output is (not) recommended implementation of the business intention.
