Vyhodnocení taktického cvičení složek IZS - pád tribuny

Abstract

Bachelor's thesis deals with evaluation of tactical training of Integrated Rescue system's units (hereinafter „IRS“), where the theme was tribune crash during the sport event. Thesis is divided into the four main parts. First part describes theoretical analysis of IRS focus on tactical training, documentation and IRS's units intervention during the special event with large amount of victims and injured people. Next part describes process of the tactical training of IRS's units 2012 "Tribune crash" and its documentation. Penultimate part contains evaluation of responsibilities and achieve of tactical training goals with proposal for precautions for regular training needs. Last part solves proposal of IRS's documentation update and update of officers notifying system.
