Abstract

Využití dotací EU ve vybraných obcích mikroregionu Hlučínsko Regionální politika Evropské unie usiluje prostřednictvím strukturálních fondů o snižování strukturálních rozdílů mezi regiony, podporu rovných příležitostí pro všechny a vyvážený rozvoj celé Evropské unie (EU). Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit teoretická východiska strukturální pomoci EU v České republice a především, analyzovat, komparovat a zhodnotit čerpání dotačních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie vybranými obcemi mikroregionu Hlučínsko v letech 2007 – 2012. Vybrané obce představují devět územně samosprávních celků, jež jsou geograficky alokovány na severovýchodě České republiky. Dle dostupných informací bylo ve vybraných obcích realizováno celkem 35 projektů, zejména investičních v oblasti kultury, poskytování služeb obyvatelům a podpory cestovního ruchu. V poměru k podaným žádostem představují obce 60 % úspěšnost. V procesu hodnocení byly zaznamenány výrazné rozdíly v počtu realizovaných projektů, přičemž pod průměrem se nachází zejména příhraniční obce.

Use of the EU Subsidies in the Selected Municipalities of the Microregion Hlučínsko Through the Structural Funds the EU Regional Policy aims to reduce the structural differences between regions, promote equal opportunities for all and balanced development of the EU. The main goal of the bachalor thesis is to describe the theoretical basis of the EU structural aid in the Czech Republic and in particular to analyze, evaluate and compare the utilization of the EU subsidies by the selected municipalities of the region Hlučínsko in the years 2007 - 2012. The selected municipalities represent the nine territorial local government units that are allocated geographically in the northeast of the Czech Republic. According to available information, there were total 35 projects realized in the selected villages, particularly in the field of the culture, providing of the support services for Citizen, and tourism. In relation to the requests, the village represent 60 % of the success rate. There were noticce the significant differences during the assesment of realized projects, while the municipalities around the boarder are below average rate.
