Abstract
The topic of this thesis is economic freedom. The aim of the paper is to verify the validity of the hypothesis about the positive impact of economic freedom on economic growth. The first part focuses on the definition of the term. Another section is devoted to methods of measuring economic freedom. In the final part a linear regression model is formed which verifies the positive relationship between economic freedom and economic prosperity.
