Abstract

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the soft elements of management of company and their link with the hard factors. The target of thesis is identify those soft elements, analyze them and propose measures to improve the current situation. Analysis is made according to McKinsey 7-S method. Through this analyze are introduced basic hard elements of company and soft elements are examined in detail. Soft elements area is separated to four segments. First of them is shared values, where is analyzed by questionnaire situation in this area. Area of skills of employees summarizes system of acquisition new information and skills. Staff segment describes selection of employee and last segment analyze style of management system. Conducted research find potential for improve all of those four perspectives and show the link to hard elements.Proposed improvements are mostly matter of administrative steps, so there is no underlying severity of investment. Through results of thesis, company can improve own internal processes with low level of investments to changes and hit basic company targets with better effectivity.
