Abstract

The aim of the thesis with a title " Evaluating Employee Benefits System in a Selected Company" is to analyse system of employees' benefits in a particular organisation and propose improvements that will lead to improved organisation efficiency, improved employees' performance, increased employees' efficiency and work satisfaction. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on human resources management, the remuneration package system, employees benefits and trends and tendencies in the area of employee benefits. Practical part of the thesis includes basic information about the studied organisation, analysis of the current situation in the organisation and system of employee benefits as well as the employee questionnaire. The thesis conclude with suggestions and propositions for improvements of employees' benefits system.
